Your purchase of Golf Lottery entries is from The Golf Lottery Limited (the “Promoter”), solely in accordance with the terms under which the Promoter from time to time promotes its lotteries, and you agree to comply with these Rules.
- Players must adhere to Golf Course Rules i.e. must hold an official golf handicap of 18 or less
- Must be available to play on the event dates specified
- Travel and accommodation not included unless stated
- The taking of the prize experience is a contract between the winner and the providers of the various elements of the prize experience and is subject also to any terms and conditions of the providers of those elements as listed below.
- The Golf Lottery and their affiliates are not liable for any accident, injury or loss incurred by the prize winner’s participation in prize travel and accommodation.
- Players agree on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Released Parties”) to release, defend and hold harmless The Golf Lottery Ltd., and any partner involved, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, expenses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever against Released Parties arising out of or in connection with entrant’s participation, acceptance and use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related activities.
- The prize winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity; The Golf Lottery Ltd. Reserves the right to use names of winners, their photographs and audio/visual recordings of them in publicity. Photos may be used in the press or online.
- By winning this prize, you agree that The Golf Lottery and all their affiliates have the right to use all or a part of your entry (such as your name, address, email address, etc.) for future advertising, trade & promotion.
